Traffic updates on your GPS

Does anyone have the traffic feature that comes w/ some GPS systems? I have the Garmin 265WT model and notice sometimes the traffic is right on and sometimes, it takes a few minutes for it to catch up w/ new traffic conditions.

I had it for a while on my Garmin, but discontinued it as the alternate routing they gave based on traffic was no better than just waiting in traffic!!
