Traffic GPS POI location systems? Any other than Trapster out there?
Does anyone have a good working list, or know of any of the GPS POi systems that are out there that may be downloaded on to your existing GPS "OTHER THAN TRAPSTER." Are they're any other systems out there? If anybody knows of anything please place a list here. Perhaps we should make this a sticky after time of all the system's that can be used to track police locations via gps. Thankyou all in advance .

I know Phantom Alert is similar to trapster but you have to pay.

It would be interesting..
I understand some of Trapster's reason behind clearing POI's after some time in their mind some of them are probably bogus ones anyhow. Although, I have had Trapster save me dearly many times. My problem is. Alot of the points are not bogus, and I understand that caching that many files is pricy on the server end of things internet speaking wise. Although, some of the older points are also used frequently too, along with new ones. Thus, it sure would be nice to have a system where they are not constantly just deleting my point's every 3 months, or other informant's point's.
Thankyou for the input though Rocky2 it is deeply appriciated. I know there has to be more out there somewhere I know there's more. I heard of many of them being used from different member's. I just can't recall the other page. I'd like to give it a try, and test out other databases due to the deleting issue on Trapster databases.

I have a Cheetah C50 that uses the trinity DB which is my favorite but you have to pay. Also Escort has a site http://www.speedtrapusa.com/ in the late beta stages where you confirm or mark new traps, and they will be added to the Escort DB and your 9500ix or 9500ci will alert to these locations. Escort buys the RLC and Speed cam info from trinity but they do not get speedtrap info from trinity.
