Texas Drivers beware! Hill County Research is at it with NEW RDD!
Texas Drivers beware!!
Hill Country Research is at it again! They have produced a new RDD called the MD-3/D.
This device utilizes a dual horn design, and his leaps and bounds above the previous version they had the MK-3. Thus, it is a huge question. What can, and can't the MK-3 pick up? Is it possilbe that this new MD-3/D is what we have heard rumors about possibly picking up the STi Driver and the like? Not attempting to start fear campains here. Although, I feel it is imperative that we test this peice of electronics immediately!
Below is a link to Hill County Research's page on their new MD-3/D This company need's to be watched just like stealth Micro Systems out of Aussie. Neither are up to no good, and I can assure you just from looking at their other product's they aren't out to help motorist's right's any.

Perhaps the new model is updated so it can detect the V1. The previous model could not IIRC.

I saw that thing a few years ago, still has not seen daylight. I highly doubt it will come out.

I wouldn't worry to much about this one. They look like a low budget company to me.
