Enradd devices Empty Enradd devices

Has anyone got a ticket w/ the Enradd units being used in PA? They look very deadly in terms of not seeing them w/ the human eye until it is too late.

Enradd devices Empty I almost did!?!

Post by RemoteInstall Wed Sep 15, 2010 6:54 am

I almost got a enradd ticket just the other day infact! Driving down I-83 as I live in PA. Well so I am clipping fast right heading north out of Harrisburg PA on I-83 all of my protective gear on LI, Blinder, STi Driver. The next thing i know i scan the shoulder of the roadway for ENRADD and Wham! To my suprise guess what was sitting right there on the shoulder of the roadway an ENRADD transmitter :O! I slammed the brakes, immediately! This was done to mess up the average of the timeing device so that my volocity would be inaccuret to the officer in the cruiser. IT WORKED! He pulled out after the driver in front of me! It pay's to use those eye's in PA! Although as of the 1st of the year radar is now legal for many more officer's to use state wide. This makes me wonder perhaps if we may see a sharp decrease of ENRADD being used here? Just maybe I hope anyways atleast with RADAR I get an audible warning before hand Smile.

Enradd devices Empty Well here are some photographs taken of an ENRADD

Post by RemoteInstall Wed Sep 22, 2010 10:22 am

Well here are some photographs taken of an ENRADD unit in Camp Hill PA. Hope everyone enjoy's these. Not many of us have gotten to see the notorious ENRADD unit yet, as it is so new and not much footage of it is posted on youtube.com as of just yet. That will change now that I live in PA i hope to document the use of ENRADD a lot more than it has been documented.

Here are the photographs of the New ENRADD devices in use in Camp Hill PA.

Enradd devices Enradd2

Hope everyone enjoyed getting to see what real ENRADD looks like Wink. Since there are not many pictures out there of the device. Notice how low to the ground the device is. This would make it very, very difficult to see from a distance especially at night. The military uses the same tactics on their humvv for tactical reasons they make the humvv very short in height as to not make their signature as high to people trying to shoot back at them. In this situation notice the police are doing that same thing. They are makeing their sillouette very short in height, as to subdue people from getting that advanced eye save, or warning against them. Talk about sneaky. Why oh why must we take thing's to this level? Sometimes I guess I hate Leo's.

Enradd devices Empty Although yes and no.

Post by RemoteInstall Fri Sep 24, 2010 7:03 am

Yes and no that is correct, but at the same time incorrect runaway. The problem with ENRADD is the Lidar beam is being transmitted, "across" the road not "down" the road way. Thus early detections, and the "old train of thought" on jamming this device is not a practical means of avoiding it. By the time you encounter the beam your already toast. Reason? Your already within 3ft of the device. Ouch! The laser could easily just overpower any jamming attempt at this distance as well as the fact that the lidar beam would be so fine, and tight that jamming this is made very difficult as well.

There is however a way! Everyone here is going after the "IR" of the ENRADD that's their problem! If you attack the WIFI that's being used to connect the ENRADD unit to the patrol car, then you may just have something! A detector for advanced warnings, as well as a possible ENRADD jamming device. I have invented this idea. I call it the "VAZRAD."

There is always the possibility of RFI, isn't there? Laughing

Time to visit your local ENRADD trap with your scanner, hopefully one with Signal Sweeper (GRE) or Close Call (Uniden).

Now that radar will be legal for all the podunk towns to have, ENRADD could be in big trouble.

PA is about to be invaded by an army of radar salesmen!
