Altered some of the forum boards layouts and added chatbox.

I recently added some new features to the page.
features added.
1.chatbox. This is used to connect with friends in an instant message format. Everyone can come here to converse live.
2.Addition to your profile the "My bio" section an optional section to tell everyone a little about yourself what your career may be or what not if you would like to share. Some people are actually working in electronics industries. Some people are scientists it is always interesting to see where everyone comes from, and how diverse we are here on speedenforcementtactics.com.
3.Redesigned the forum layout to place the forum "motorist breaking news to the top portion of the page." This way it is easier to quicker and more easily keep up on latest motorist right's issues that may be happening in your local area. This way you can get involved. You can help perhaps either stop a movement, or at least know it is coming. Maybe even just know what is going on to prepare yourself. The same was recently done with the upcoming technology section. This way it is fast and easy to keep up with everything going on legislation, and the like. The electronics sales section was moved to the top also, as this is a feature we have here on speedenforcementtactics.com that no one else has.
4. Forum news section has been unlocked so you can now reply. We desire your input on this forum. Thank you.
