How do you practice doing JTK?

When I watch LJ videos, a lot of folks have gotten the JTK maneuver down pat, often killing the jammers in <2 seconds.

Since I seem to get lasered about once every 2 years these days, I don't get any chances to practice. Therefore, I'll probably JTG by the time I figure out what's happening and reach for the switch.

So what do you guys do to prepare for the heat of the moment? Do you sometimes "pretend" you're being shot and you slow down and kill the jammers? Do you have someone shoot you? Or do you get lasered often enough that you've had plenty of practice?

I think when we have jammer meets, that taking some time to do JTK practice runs is a neat idea, especially for those who don't get shot often.

Very interesting article, also very good topic. I totally agree would be interesting to see which jammers on average actually give you a chance to slow more on average to legit speeds. It would be good to also see which models do not. Real world testing is always nice to see being done.
