No, but I've heard it being used on my scanner. I also heard ISP setting up and testing VASCAR zones on I-69 north of Indy.
Just like X band, VASCAR is alive and well in Indiana. Now all they need to do is bring back air enforcement and they will have all the bases covered!

I think merely witnessing it is an understatement, then again living in PA you tend to see alot of vascar being used. They sure love their timing lines around here I've seen county sherrif officer's using it, and even city police officers here in Allentown, PA.
